Monsoon XTRM : High-Performance Power Cable

The AudioQuest Monsoon XTRM Power Cable is an extreme-performance mains AC cable designed to upgrade power delivery on a wide range of audio and video components — from source gear like DACs and streamers to high-current amplifiers and AV processors. Building on the Monsoon series, the Monsoon XTRM incorporates True-Concentric Perfect-Surface Copper+ (PSC+) and Long-Grain Copper (LGC) conductors that are direction-controlled to help efficiently drain unwanted RF noise.

ZERO-Tech provides zero characteristic impedance for uncompressed current transfer, while RF/ND-Tech (Radio-Frequency Ground-Noise Dissipation) minimises circuit misbehaviour caused by RF noise for quieter backgrounds and better transient response. Monsoon XTRM also uses premium “XTRM” AC plugs with hanging silver over red and beryllium coppers to further reduce distortion and improve high-frequency noise dissipation. Available with IEC C13 (15 A) or IEC C19 (20 A) terminations, and in multiple lengths to suit system layouts and power demands.
