The Bluesound PULSE M is designed to deliver immersive, room-filling sound from a compact speaker that fits easily into modern living spaces. Its elliptical cabinet and Omni-Hybrid driver arrangement help create a wide 360-degree soundstage, making it suitable for kitchens, offices, bedrooms, living rooms, and open areas where broad sound dispersion is important.
Inside, the PULSE M uses an upward-firing 5.25-inch woofer and two 0.75-inch tweeters mounted at 45-degree angles. A custom acoustic reflector helps distribute sound evenly, while the smart DSP amplifier provides 80 watts of total system power with real-time control over bandwidth, dynamics, and distortion.
The PULSE M runs on the BluOS platform, giving access to streaming services, internet radio, local network music libraries, presets, and multi-room playback through the BluOS Controller app. It supports high-resolution audio up to 24-bit / 192 kHz and can play formats such as FLAC, MQA, WAV, AIFF, and MPEG-4 SLS.
Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 5, Gigabit Ethernet, AirPlay 2, Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect, Qobuz Connect, Roon Ready support, two-way Bluetooth 5.0 with aptX HD, a combined optical / analog input, USB-A playback, a 3.5 mm headphone output, and wireless subwoofer connection to the PULSE SUB+. It can be used alone, paired with another PULSE M for stereo playback, grouped with other Bluesound players, or used as rear surround channels in a compatible BluOS home theatre setup.
