The Bluesound HUB is designed to make traditional audio sources available throughout a BluOS multi-room system. Instead of connecting a turntable, CD player, TV, or other source directly to a single speaker or component, the HUB sends that source over the home network so it can be played through compatible Bluesound players in one room or grouped across multiple rooms.
Its connection options include HDMI eARC with CEC, coaxial digital, Toslink optical, analog RCA line input, and a moving magnet phono input for turntables. This makes the HUB especially useful for vinyl listeners who want to enjoy a turntable through Bluesound speakers without placing the turntable beside every listening system.
The HUB supports up to two simultaneous audio streams per unit: one analog source and one digital source. A single network can support up to four HUB units, allowing up to eight simultaneous streams across a BluOS system. Audio is controlled through the BluOS Controller app, where users can select the HUB input and choose the Bluesound player or group where the source will play.
With built-in Wi-Fi 5, Gigabit Ethernet, USB-C power, a compact matte black chassis, front-panel status LED, and simple network-based audio output, the HUB is a practical bridge between classic audio components and modern wireless multi-room listening.
