KA17 - Portable USB DAC & Headphone Amplifier

The FiiO KA17 is a state-of-the-art portable USB DAC and headphone amplifier engineered to deliver true desktop-class performance in a compact dongle form factor. Designed for demanding audiophiles, it integrates dual flagship ESS ES9069Q DAC chips alongside a 16-core XMOS XU316 USB processor, enabling support for PCM up to 32-bit/768 kHz, native DSD512, and full MQA decoding.

The KA17 features a fully balanced THX AAA 78+ headphone amplification architecture, providing exceptional output power with ultra-low distortion and remarkable dynamic range. A built-in OLED display shows real-time playback information including sample rate, format, gain, and output status.

It offers both 3.5 mm single-ended and 4.4 mm balanced headphone outputs, and includes a dedicated USB-C power input that activates Desktop Mode for significantly increased output power — allowing it to drive even demanding full-size headphones. The precision-machined aluminum alloy chassis ensures durability while maintaining portability.
