The FiiO M33 R2R brings true R2R resistor-ladder DAC architecture into a modern Android-powered digital audio player. Its fully differential 24-bit R2R design delivers a natural, analog-like presentation with rich tonality, excellent micro-detail, and musical warmth rarely found in portable devices.
Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor running Android 13, the M33 provides smooth performance for streaming applications, local playback, and system navigation. With 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage — expandable via microSD — it easily handles large high-resolution music libraries.
The player features dual headphone outputs: a 3.5 mm single-ended output and a 4.4 mm balanced output. The amplification stage delivers up to 470 mW + 470 mW at 32 ohms via the 3.5 mm output and up to 1100 mW + 1100 mW at 32 ohms via the 4.4 mm balanced output, providing excellent drive capability for both sensitive IEMs and demanding full-size headphones.
A 5.5 inch HD touchscreen offers intuitive control, while Desktop Mode allows the M33 to operate as a stable source component when connected to external power. Additional features include a 10-band parametric EQ with Auto EQ support, USB DAC functionality, coaxial digital output, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi streaming.
Battery life reaches up to approximately 14 hours using the 3.5 mm output and approximately 12.5 hours using the balanced 4.4 mm output, making it ideal for extended portable use.
