The Audio-Technica AT-LP140XP is built for DJs, performers, and vinyl listeners who want a rugged professional turntable with strong direct-drive performance. Its high-torque DC motor delivers stable rotation and quick response, while the fully manual operation gives the user complete control over cueing, playback, and mixing.
Designed for both DJ and high-fidelity listening applications, the AT-LP140XP supports 33-1/3, 45, and 78 RPM records. It includes forward and reverse playback, a stroboscopic platter with speed indicator, quartz speed lock, and selectable pitch ranges of ±8%, ±16%, and ±24%, giving DJs and advanced users precise speed control.
The turntable is equipped with a balanced S-shaped tonearm with height adjustment, hydraulically damped lift control, adjustable tracking force, adjustable dynamic anti-skate, and a lockable tonearm rest. It comes with an AT-HS6 universal headshell and an AT-XP3 DJ cartridge with a 0.6 mil conical bonded stylus.
Unlike many consumer turntables, the AT-LP140XP is designed with a dedicated phono-level output and does not include USB, Bluetooth, or a built-in phono preamp. It is intended for use with a mixer, receiver, amplifier, or external phono stage with a proper phono input.
